How do I bridge my business channel accounts?

Bridging is where you connect your social accounts with RYCH. Scan the QR code or log in with a username & password and get started messaging your customers.

Step 1: At the menu sidebar, click on Settings and select Bridge.

Step 2: Select the channel account that you wish to bridge.

Please Note :

The Instagram bridge is currently under development and will not be available at the moment, despite being shown in the illustrated images.

The green Connected status indicates the channel has successfully bridged.
